Episode Notes
Truman describes his podcast:
My individual podcast will be about the evolution of mobile games and their place in the video game industry. I’ll explore a brief history of mobile games, giving an overview of the most popular mobile games and common genres. Then, I plan to look into the demographics of mobile gamers today and how they might compare to console or PC gamers. This might also involve an exploration of the different levels of mobile gaming, from leisure to esports. Knowing that mobile games now make up a significant portion of the video game industry, I’m curious how these games are viewed among more serious PC or console gamers. I’d like to do an interview with my brother to get his perspective on this. Ultimately, I plan to answer the question: "Where do mobile games fit into the video game industry?"
